What do I prepare for my acupuncture treatment?

  • Light meal
  • Wear loose clothing where you could roll up your sleeves to your elbows and pants to your knees.
  • Do not brush your tongue before you come. (But please brush your teeth!)
  • No alcohol
  • No perfume or cologne because some of our patients have allergy and strong smells may trigger their allergy or impede their treatment.
